We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Returns

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at, support@gingerpegg.com.au before returning any items.

We are happy to receive returns if the item is faulty.

Unused item must be returned in original condition with original tags attached.

The item will be assessed before any refunds are issued at our discretion.

When returning an item we recommend you choose a service which provides a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee your delivery will be received nor are we responsible for any missing parcels.


Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by Gingerpegg.

Shipping

Domestic and International parcels are sent using Australia Post with a tracking number.


Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, including sales and promotional events. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us.

Parcel carriers will vary between countries where final delivery may be completed by a courier or local postal service. A tracking number will be supplied.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible. Please take photos of damaged goods and send them to, support@gingerpegg.com.au

Taxes

Australia - GST is included 

Other Countries - International orders may be charged customs and duties by the destination country, these charges are payable by the customer and not by Gingerpegg.

Gingerpegg may change the terms at any time. Please check here for any updates/changes.

Your personal information will be used to send out your order and to communicate with you, if needed. It will not be passed onto any other parties and it will be kept secure. 

Should you join our mailing list, we will use that information to send out emails to you regarding Gingerpegg news and updates.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping at the discretion of Gingerpegg.

Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.

  • Custom personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without proof of purchase

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact us at support@gingerpegg.com.au with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely and neatly
  4. Ship to the address provided in our email
  5. Track your return shipment

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
